The Puerto Rico Islanders will face Walking Boys Co. of Suriname this Saturday, May 14th at 4:30pm at Juan Ramón Loubriel Stadium. The defending Caribbean Champions are ready to win the Quarter Final Series of the Caribbean Football Union (CFU) Club Champions Cup against WBC in Puerto Rico after drawing 1-1 in Suriname this past Saturday.
The 'Tropa Naranja' will not only look to repeat the Caribbean Championship but also to qualify for the 4th consecutive year to the CONCACAF Champions League.
"This title is very important for us. We are ready to take on WBC at home and win the series. With our fans support and our hard work I have no doubt we can get the result and continue on towards repeating the Caribbean Championship and qualifying to the Champions League", said Islanders' co-captain Noah Delgado.
The CFU Club Champions Cup semifinal and final rounds will be played in Guyana on May 25th and 27th.
