The Puerto Rico Islanders defeated the Puerto Rico Under 20 National Team 6-1 at the Bayamon Soccer Complex this past Thursday. Yaw Danso scored three goals and Puerto Rico Senior National team forward Hector “Pito” Ramos contributed two goals in the tune up match. Joshua Hansen converted a penalty kick in his first start since his injury in Fort Lauderdale last June. The Islanders return to action next Saturday, May 12^th, when they square off the Fort Lauderdale Strikers at the Bayamon Soccer Complex. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
