The Puerto Rico Islanders announced today that they will participate in the 2012 Bayamon Pre- Season Cup. The tournament will take place on Friday, March 23rd and on Sunday, March 25th. The tournament will also include the Puerto Rico Islanders Open Day where all Islanders’ fans can interact with the players, coaching staff and watch the All-Star Celebrity game that will benefit the Golitos Foundationfor Autism. Admission is free to the public.
“I would like to invite all Islanders fans to come out and support us during this tournament. I am looking forward to meeting our fans, which I know firsthand, are the best in the league. This is also a great opportunity to continue our community outreach efforts and work with an excellent organization like Golitos, as well as using soccer to help these children with autism. I guarantee you that the club will do everything to bring home the Bayamon FC cup,” said Head Coach Adrian Whitbread.

All season ticket holders will be able to pick up their 2012 Season Pass at the Open Day Event.
