The Puerto Rico Islanders announced today the 2012 NASL season. The Islanders kick off the season on Saturday April 7 against the Tampa Bay Rowdies.
The Puerto Rico Islanders are slated to play 14 home games and 14 away games. The club will play on 18 Saturdays, 3 Sundays, 6 Wednesdays, and 1 Tuesday. The schedule is highlighted with Colin Clarke returning to Puerto Rico with his new club on Saturday April 21st as well as a rematch of the 2011 NASL semi-finals against the Fort Lauderdale Strikers April 25th in South Florida and May 12th in Puerto Rico.
