The Puerto Rico Islander return to Juan Ramon Loubriel this Wednesday to square off against the Atlanta Silverbacks at 7:30pm. The Islanders are currently en second place in the NASL. The Islanders will play the first place Carolina Railhawks in this brief homestand this Saturday. Kick off is set for 7:30pm.
About the Islanders
The Islanders look to extend their undefeated streak at “La Islandera”. The “Orange Troop haven’t lost at home in the 2011 NASL season. The last time out Aaron Pitchkolan gave the Islanders three important road points with a wonder-strike from outside the box. In the last nine games the Islanders have only droped one game and are currently in second place in the NASL.

The Silverbacks dropped thier last home game to the FC Tampa Bay 4-0. The Silverbacks are currently in last place with 3 wins, 13 loses and 3 draws with 12 points.
Back to School
The Puerto Rico Islanders will be celebrating “Back to School” night this Wednesday Aug 10th. The Club will be giving away school supplies to the first 200 kids will be given a Back to School pack. All students will be given complementary tickets to cheer on the “Orange Troop” as they defend their undefeated streak at the Juan Ramon Loubriel Stadium.
