The Puerto Rico Islanders win 7-0 in Bayamón against Walking Boyz Co of Suriname winning the CFU Quarter Final Series 8-1 (aggregate) after drawing 1-1 in Paramaribo last Saturday.
Two goals from co-captain Noah Delgado gave the Islanders the early lead in the 5th and 9th minutes. Aaron Pitchkolan scored the 3rd goal on the 23rd minute followed by a goal by Foley on the 37th and a 'golazo' by Matt Bouraee on the 44th minute.
The Islanders continued to dominate the game in the second half, when Faña scored his fifth goal of the year for the 6-0. And minutes before the final whistle, a handball in the penalty area led to Joe Salem's goal via penalty kick for the 7-0 win of the defending Caribbean Champions.
The semifinal and final rounds of the CFU Club Champions Cup will be played in Guyana on May 25th and 27th. The top three teams will qualify for the CONCACAF Champions League.
